On Monday, former United States ambassador to Malaysia between 1995 and 1998, John R. Malott wrote an article entitled What Anwar's Trial Means For Malaysia and it was published in The Wall Street Journal newspaper.

In the article, Malott alleged that Anwar Ibrahim will be charged guilty in court for the second time because the nation judicial system do not use the jury concept.

Malott was the ambassador in Malaysia when Anwar was convicted for the first time.

The most daring allegation in the article, Mallot claimed there is a new militant group called Perkasa. Perkasa currently claimed Malay rights had been threatened by Chinese and Indian. Perkasa is supported by former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad and government.

In the dictionary, Militant is from a Latin word Militare. The meaning of Militare is serving for the army. In the modern context, militant is pictured as an individual who like to confront physically or peacefully.

A militant could be involved in violence for the fight that the person believed for. Media usually used the word militant in violence context. Journalist used the context militant to describe terrorist movement and organisation. Militant is also used to describe terrorrism tactics.

While the meaning of Terrorist or Terrorism is a fear manupulation performed systematicly or by force. Terrorism definition included actions to create fear in its objective to succeed the ideology and purposely causing harm to the civilian.

Other definition of terrorism are terrorist action and war not according to the law.

Mallot could have meant all the definition explained about Perkasa.

Perkasa was formed in respond to the socio-politic scenario which is not consistent after Election in March 2008. Perkasa is not at the stage of stealing weapons like the one was conductedvby Al-Maunah.

Since 1998, many policies that touch the rights of Malay and p\Pribumi such as Islam, royalty and matters in National Constitution were argued and questioned openly, violently and uneducationally by the Malay themselves and other races.

It is clear that Perkasa only fight in what had been stated in the Constitution.

Perkasa is not racist. Racism only happened at the West such as etcnic cleansing.

Perkasa is not a militant because Ibrahim Ali and its members never enrolled for a shooting practice. Ibrahim only shot in his bedroon. If there is a choice between pistol and microphone, Ibrahim will for sure choose the microphone because he is good in debating and talking.

Ibrahim would look ugly if he dressed  up in a militant uniform while the M16 is also almost his height. Looks like Mallot is suffering from an Alzheimer disease.

Ibrahim do not need to waste time and go into touble by recruting new members and turning Perkasa into a militant, he can could straight cooperate with Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) who are experts in bombing.

JI also have many suicide bombers who are braved to die.

Why do United States employed an ambassador who cannot think and low in IQ.

That is why United States called him back to Washington from Kuala Lumpur. The longer he stays in Malaysia the more stupid jokes he will do.

For Ibrahim, Mallot allegation is considered a recognization because the name Perkasa had been printed in The Wall Street Journal.

There is no point entertaining such people because gardeners in Cameron Highlands are proven to be smarter than them.

Respect The Professionalism Of The Police Force

The “Thirteen Million Ringgit Question”: Isn’t that Home Minister interfering into Police work? Aren’t directives supposed to come from the Police Force hierrachy; i.e. the IGP instead of the Home Minister? Does that statement explains that the Police Force (at operational level) receives ‘directives’ from the Home Minister?

There is a chain of command in the Police Force. The Home Minister supposed to be the head of policy making in the Home Ministry. Means that he sets the strategic direction to the Police Force. That will then be translated by the IGP to his officers and men and women at the operational level.

This is also about accountability. The IGP is accountable for the Police Force. What will happen if the Home Minister starts to dictate the operations of the Police Force, at the State Contigent or District level? Will the OCPD, CPO, Directors of Divisions and IGP be accountable on ‘directives’ that comes from the Home Minister?

The Police Force is supposed to be professional in carrying out their duties in policing and enforcing the law. The must not and should not ever be seen as an ‘extended arm’ of the political masters. The Police Force in return must be accountable in the decisions taken on managing the law enforcement work, as per provided under the Police Act, which was enacted in 1967.
